Concentric Structure: Our taping machine utilizes a concentric structure, minimizing centrifugal force. The steel tape drum is driven by an AC servo motor, delivering high torque, precision, and short braking distance.
Tension Control: The tension of the tape is controlled by an AC servo motor, ensuring stable and adjustable taping tension.
Independent Arm Drive: The taping heads have independent drives, allowing for easy adjustment of taping angles.
Electrical Synchronization Control: The taping machine incorporates a touch panel, PLC, and AC servo control system. The touch panel displays and allows the setting of various parameters. The PLC controls taping speed and pitch accuracy through real-time feedback from encoders, ensuring precise pitch within the set range.
Maximum Speed: Our taping machine can achieve speeds of up to 1000 revolutions per minute (RPM), depending on the product.
